(M.I.C.E. – Meetings, Incentives, Conferences and Events)
Business travel is in the increase globally with the emergence of strong economies in Africa and other countries that were conventionally not known for their business exploits. This has brought with it the need for more meetings and conferences among business travelers. CTM has therefore constituted a fully-fledged M.I.C.E. Department whose main mandate is to enhance our one-stop-shop agenda especially with the M.I.C.E. suite of services.
CTM Conferencing (M.I.C.E.) is our dedicated department on group travel logistics. Our team identifies the client’s requirements from the briefs provided and offers a suite of services that will ensure a hands-off approach as we take up the entire project. This is a salient characteristic of this department due to the practical and convenient solutions that we offer whilst managing your budgets in an effort geared towards cost reduction.
The following are some of the services provided by the M.I.C.E. Department;
- Delegates’ recruitment and information dispatch as well as other secretarial duties involved in pre-meeting/ conference preparation of the delegates.
- Preparation of a working budget through extensive supplier negotiations and agreements.
- In line with supplier negotiations, we guide in venue selection that will host the meetings/ conferences.
- Provide all travel related support which include; Ticketing, Hotel bookings, meet and assist services, Airport transfers, Visa processing, daily shuttle services, evening programs and tours/ excursions.
- Conference administration, facilitation and logistical support including a permanent help desk at the Conference secretariat.
- Production of necessary literature related to the conference.
